The agent won't connect

If you are behind a firewall, it is possible that the outgoing connection from the agent to the cloud is being blocked. 

The Ardexa Agent will need to connect directly to broker.ardexa.com on port 5671 (via TLS).

Please modify your firewall to allow this very specific, outgoing connection from the network.
